We’ve officially levelled up the way you capture insights at the front door. While you’ve always been able to capture visitors in Homepass, we’ve added this feature to give you a much more granular view of your database.

Instead of just capturing visitor details and notes, you can now categorise every attendee across five specific dimensions: Interest Level, Purchase Timeline, Buyer Profile, Property Feedback, and Financial Status.

Understanding your buyers is key to building stronger relationships and closing more deals. A simple but powerful way to quickly qualify and prioritise your leads.

What is Enhanced Tagging?

In the heat of a busy open home, details can get lost. Enhanced Tagging is a structured way to qualify leads instantly as they check in or as you chat with them on-site.

Rather than typing long notes on your phone while three other families are waiting to enter, you can now use standardised tags to build a high-quality profile of every visitor.

Available Categories & Tags:

Interest level

  • Hot, Warm or Cold

Purchase Timeline

  • Urgent, Soon or Just Browsing

Buyers Profile

  • First Time Buyer, Investor, Upsizing or Downsizing

Property Feedback

  • Loves Location, Price Concerns or Wants Renovation

Financial Status

  • Pre-approved, Cash Buyer, Finance Required, Finance Pending

Availability

The Enhanced Tagging functionality is only available to Homepass Standard subscribers and is not available on Homepass Lite subscription (Free).
