What is it?

With Hot, Warm, Cold tagging, you can instantly signal how engaged or ready a buyer is, directly within Homepass.

  • Hot: Ready to act now.

  • Warm: Interested but not quite there yet.

  • Cold: Early stage or casual interest.

This makes it easier for your team to:

  • Spot your hottest leads at a glance.

  • Ensure no one slips through the cracks.

  • Keep track of where buyers are on their journey.
