Listings marked as sold or leased in your listing feeder are automatically archived in Homepass after 30 days, however, you can archive/unarchive listings via the Homepass app anytime. Listings marked as 'Off-market or 'Withdrawn' must be manually archived.
Archiving
Rest assured your data is safe โ archiving a property will hide it from view.
You can view and unarchive properties at any time.
To Archive on the mobile app
Tap on the listing > tap the icon at the top right > tap View Details > tap Settings > tap Archive Place
To Archive on the Homepass website
Go to www.homepass.com and log in using Domain Group profile > click on your profile avatar at the top left and select which office you wish to view > click on the listing > click the 3 dots at the top right > click Archive
Unarchiving
To Unarchive on the mobile app
Tap on the 'Places' tab > use the Search field to search for the archived listing address > tap three grey dots at the top right > tap View Details > tap Settings > tap Unarchive Place.
To Unarchive on the Homepass web app
On a computer, go to www.homepass.com, log in using your Domain Group log in details. Click on your profile avatar at the top left and select which office you wish to view.
Click on the Places icon > click on the three lines next to the places and click show archived. You can then search through the archived listings for your listing. Tap on the listing, tap on the three dots at the top right and tap 'unarchive'.
