This article shows you what is on a place's details screen in the Homepass new app and how to manage its brochure documents, links, member requests, members, visibility and archiving.
Important points
The place details screen holds Inspection tools, Performance, Member requests and Members.
Brochure documents are limited to 3MB in total.
Visibility has three settings: Open, Private and Secret.
Archiving a listing does not remove its members. Any member of the listing can restore it.
Simplified Process
Brochure documents: Places -> open the place -> tap the property address -> cog -> Documents -> toggle documents on, or Add document
Member requests: Place details -> tick to approve, cross to deny
Add members: Place details -> Add members -> tick the people -> Add
Visibility: Open the place -> property address -> cog -> Settings -> Open, Private or Secret
Archive: Open the place -> property address -> cog -> Settings -> Archive listing -> confirm
