Some countries require agents to explain any Hazards and Risks to their visitors. If this applies to you, we can enable the option to record this during check-in.

Once done, the Administrator for your account can turn it on via the Homepass app by tapping on Setting, tapping the office account, tapping Configuration then Custom Fields, and turning on the Hazards & Risks Toggle. Once done everyone on your team should see the Hazards & Risks Explained option on their check-in screens.
