Select Settings. Then select Notifications.
Enable Check-Ins selected to be notified of any check-in activity at your places.
This will send you a notification directly to your mobile each time someone is checked into any of your places so you can keep up to date with the activity across your team and of your places, no matter where you are.
If you do not wish to be notified, you can always turn this off by disabling Check-ins.
*If you still aren't receiving check-in notifications, make sure notifications for Homepass are turned on in your mobile settings.*
