Note- branding is exclusive to paid subscribers and can only be edited by users with admin rights
Via the website
Go to www.homepass.com and log in with your Domain Group profile > click on Settings and click on Account Preferences. Here is where you can update any of your office details.
Under the Details section, select Display Name, Address, or Phone to edit these details.
Under the Branding section, select Logo, Primary Colour, or Secondary Colour to edit these details.
Logos can be uploaded from your device/computer, or from a variety of sources including Google Drive, Facebook, OneDrive, or Gmail.
Via the mobile app
Tap on Settings > tap on the office account > tap on Details, here you can change the office address. If you would like to update the logo you will need to do this via our Web app.
