Check-ins
Visitors you check in with Homepass will appear in Agentbox as Inspection Records, against the relevant Listing & Contact.
If the Contact already exists in Agentbox (matching email or mobile), Agentbox will use the existing record. Otherwise, a new Contact record will be created.
The agent who checked in the visitor will be attached to the Contact record in Agentbox as one of the Assigned Staff.
Inspection notes
Inspection notes are recorded against the most recent Inspection record for the Contact and Property in Agentbox.
Contact notes
Contact notes are recorded against each Agentbox Contact record. If the note in Homepass is visible to your team, it will be created as a Public Note in Agentbox.
