As Homepass does not send data to CRMs but rather the CRM syncs the data recorded in Homepass across to their systems, Homepass does not have any control over how or where data is displayed within LockedOn. Questions regarding this would be best raised with the LockedOn support team directly via email at support@lockedon.com or by calling them on 1300 806 130.

Adding LockedOn listing IDs to HP listing (when a listing is sent from a different CRM):

When listings are sent from a CRM, listing IDs are automatically attached to the listings- this is what CRMs use to sync data from Homepass to their systems.

If you wish to sync data to Lockedon, then listing IDs need to be manually added to the Linked Records section on the Homepass website. A walkthrough video can be seen in the link below
