How does a contact sync from Homepass
The check-in will appear in the holding pen in VaultRE and you will need to confirm import on each one.

The contacts name, email and mobile/phone will appear. Unfortunately the address and partner name will not appear in VaultRE but will remain in Homepass.
What are the matching rules for contacts to avoid duplicates
As the contact goes into the holding pen in VaultRe, you will see if there are any contact in Vault that matches on name, email or mobile number and the agent can then opt to import as a new contact to add to an existing one
