Visitors you check in with Homepass will appear in ReNet as either an Open Home attendee or Private Inspection, against the relevant Listing & Contact.
If the Contact already exists in ReNet (matching name, email or mobile), ReNet will use the existing Contact. Otherwise, a new Contact will be created and the agent who checked in the visitor will be assigned as the Contact Manager for the new Contact.
Check in workflow within ReNet, such as SmartForm or Email responders, will still be initiated.
Inspection notes are recorded against the Open Home attendee or Private Inspection record for the Contact and Listing in ReNet.
Contact notes are recorded as a Public Note against each ReNet Contact.
