Exclusive to our paid subscribers, we offer the ability to swap between the Domain listing or a Homepass brochure being sent as part of the Welcome SMS
When a Homepass account is set up to receive listings directly from Domain.com.au(rather than from a CRM), the Homepass brochure will default to the Domain listing. Paid offices can then choose between using the domain listing or a brochure generated within Homepass. This needs to be done manually within each listing.
This can be done via the Homepass mobile app: tap on the listing > tap the 3 dots at the top right > tap View Details > tap Communications and select the Homepass brochure.
If the listing is on Domain, you will have a Domain option under Brochure Links
To replace all listing brochures with the upgraded Homepass brochure, you may consider having the Resource Hub enabled for your office which includes features that the standard Homepass brochure does not offer. If so, let our support team know as they are here to help!
