How to upgrade from Homepass Lite to Standard

Why upgrade to Homepass Standard?

How to upgrade

  1. Get your Homepass admin Login to app.Homepass.com

  2. Navigate to settings, and then to billing

  3. Click upgrade button in the Homepass standard 

  4. Enter your billing details and submit!

What happens during my trial?

All new offices start with a 30-day free trial of Homepass Standard. Seven days before your trial ends, the primary contact for your office will receive an email with next steps.

If you'd like to continue on Homepass Standard after your trial, simply go to Homepass.com > Settings > Billing and add your payment details before the trial ends. If a valid payment method is saved, your card will be charged automatically at the end of the trial, and access to Homepass Standard will continue without interruption.

If you prefer to use Homepass Lite, there's no need to enter any payment details. Just enjoy the rest of your trial, once it ends, the paid features will automatically be disabled and your account will revert to the free Lite plan.

When will I be billed?

Billing occurs monthly to the credit card you provide in Homepass.com > Settings > Billing. Your first charge will happen when your 30-day trial ends, and then recur on the same day each month.

I signed up to Homepass through Domain - what plan am I on?

You’re on the Homepass Standard plan. If you don’t see Standard features in your account, please contact our support team for assistance.
